As an intuitive painter, the imagery I create is never planned—it emerges in the process of painting. This process begins as I draw random circles and linear elements, wipe parts of them away, and redraw them over and over until a semblance of an image appears that makes sense to me. Once I get the image, I make it work by moving the colors into different shapes and moving the shapes into different colors. Each painting is complete when I am satisfied with my connection to the paintings' colors, forms, and imagery.
